Do not attempt a spring replacement yourself

Bottom brackets are under spring tension

Lock mode on the wall console and manual slide locks

Modern wall consoles include a vacation or lock button. Hold it for a couple of seconds and the opener disables every remote and keypad while the wall button keeps working.
