Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
These terms cover the service we provide and what you can expect when you book garage door work with us in Toronto and the GTA.
Using this website
By browsing this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The content here is provided for general information about our garage door services. It is not technical advice for a specific door, and garage door components such as springs and cables can be dangerous to work on without training.
Quotes and pricing
Prices given over the phone or by message are estimates based on the information you provide. A final price is confirmed once a technician has inspected the door on site.
Additional parts or labour discovered during the visit are discussed with you before any extra work is carried out.
Booking and cancellation
Appointment windows are scheduled in good faith. Weather, traffic and emergency calls can shift arrival times, and we will let you know if that happens.
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel so the slot can be offered to another customer.
Work performed
Our technicians carry out the work agreed with you at the time of the visit. If a door or opener is beyond safe repair, we will say so and set out the options rather than proceed.
Access to the garage, power at the property and a clear working area are needed for us to complete the job.
Warranty
Parts supplied by us carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Labour is covered by our own workmanship warranty, and the length of that coverage is stated on your invoice for the job in question.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, weather events, or adjustments and repairs carried out by someone else after our visit.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for the work we perform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing faults in the structure, wiring or building elements around the door.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
